This Is Where Everything Starts Coming Together

Fundamentals I introduced the foundation of boxing. Now it's time to build on it.

In Fundamentals II, you'll continue developing the skills you've already learned while adding new punches, defensive skills, combinations, and partner drills that help everything begin working together.

You'll continue refining your stance, footwork, straight punches, heavy bag work, shield work, crazy bag work, and overall technique while learning how to connect your offense and defense with greater confidence, rhythm, and control.

Every class builds on the last. Every drill has a purpose. Every lesson moves you one step closer to becoming a more complete boxer.

What You'll Learn in Fundamentals II

Continue building on the foundation you developed in Fundamentals I while learning new offensive and defensive skills and reinforcing the ones you already know.

New Punch Combinations

Students will begin connecting offense and defense through controlled, coached partner drills.

Defensive Skills

  • Jab to the Head → Ducking / Slipping to the Rear Side

These drills help students practice recognition, timing, distance, control, and correct defensive movement.

03

Station Training and Reinforcement

Students will reinforce their skills through purposeful station training.

Heavy Bag

  • Practice hooks, uppercuts, new punch combinations, and previously learned punches with proper technique.

Shields

  • Practice new punches and combinations through coached target work.

Crazy Bag — Rhythm & Coordination

  • Develop rhythm and coordination while practicing all punches learned in Fundamentals I and Fundamentals II.

Partner Offensive and Defensive Drills

Continued Fundamentals I Development

Every drill has a purpose.

Students aren't simply learning more punches. They're learning how to connect offense, defense, timing, rhythm, coordination, and technique as they continue developing as boxers.

What Comes After Fundamentals II

Fundamentals II completes the required Fundamentals pathway, but it is not the end of your boxing development.

After Fundamentals II, students continue developing through structured, coached group classes. Each class builds on what students have already learned through progressive instruction, intentional practice, and continued skill development.

As students continue training, they refine their technique, improve their timing and coordination, continue learning new skills, and gain experience alongside a supportive boxing community.

There is always another skill to develop. Another lesson to learn. Another opportunity to improve.
